We are a small local firm of Chartered Building Surveyors. Our Principal, Peter Carroll, gained Chartered status some 25 years ago and he has worked for multi-disciplinary firms in Shropshire, Herefordshire and Powys.
We take pride in offering independent and professional services to our clients, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions. We cover Shropshire, Herefordshire and Powys.
We offer different types of surveys depending on the requirements of our clients and these will identify defects, risks or potential issues that may affect a property's suitability or value.
We will have a chat with you before the inspection to discuss any concerns, we will then be available after the inspection to go through the findings of the survey with a phone call and address any particular concerns you may have.
