The RICS Level 2 Home Survey (HomeBuyer Report) is suited to most traditionally constructed houses, apartments and bungalows.
Our Homebuyer Report will provide you with clear and thorough information on the internal and external condition of a property.
We use an easy to follow report structure helping you to make informed decisions.
We are happy to go through the findings of the survey with a phone call discussion after the survey to address any particular concerns you may have had.
Description of the RICS Level 2 Survey
The RICS Building Survey (Level 3) is designed to offer a more in-depth analysis about the condition of the property. These surveys focus on structural integrity and do not include market analysis like valuations and re-instatement costs.
Like the HomeBuyers Report (Level 2) this survey will inspect each area and element and give an opinion on its condition. However, it will also describe the structure of the building, giving a diagnosis of any defects and provide detailed advice on repairs and maintenance.
The Building Survey (Level 3) is much more in depth and informative than the HomeBuyer Report.

We are licensed and insured to use drone technology to assist us with our surveys. This offers our clients a cost-effective, high-quality solution that eliminates the risk of working at height, when carrying out surveys.
If some areas of the building are inaccessible by traditional access methods, maybe due to fragility of the structure or asbestos, by utilising a drone we are able to obtain detailed photographic data without the risk of fall or disturbing and releasing asbestos.
We are qualified to the industry standard, subject to yearly assessment, and are experienced in surveying buildings and structures with drones.
