We are a small local firm of Chartered Building Surveyors. Our Principal, Peter Carroll, gained Chartered status some 25 years ago and he has worked for multi-disciplinary firms in the West Midlands and West Mercia.

We take pride in offering independent and professional services to our clients, providing them with the information they need to make informed decisions.

We offer different types of surveys depending on the requirements of our clients and these will identify defects, risks or potential issues that may affect a property's suitability or value.

We will be available to help you through each stage of your purchase and will help and advise you on the best way to proceed if the report highlights unexpected defects.

We are registered and insured to use a Drone to help identify hidden defects to the roofs and chimneys of the property being surveyed. This can be a real aid to the inspection.

We work in Shropshire, Herefordshire and Powys.
